how do I get notified if someone booked with me?
If you do set up listings or events in our platform.
state of - Agency has notification settings that notify you immediately of a booking
cancellation or refund policy?
Customers can cancel and receive a full refund within 24 hours of booking.
how am I paid?
You don't need to post listings in the marketplace.
If you do choose to offer listings - in the Sign-up process, you will need to create or connect a Stripe Account before you can publish any listings.
*For those with existing Stripe accounts it may look like you are creating a new account, we can assure you that you are not.
We do not have access to your account or financial information.
Once a booking occurs, money will be deposited in your bank account less a
5% service fee plus 2.9% credit card fees.
with no monthly fee, you take home 92% with your bookings, services and offerings.
