How do I book?
most facilitators on our website use our booking system where they can list events, products and services.
Once you have found the practitioner you would like to work with and the listing you would like book..
a Calendar will appear with available dates and times and your practitioner will have details of the terms of service; including price. you will have all information in your profile after booking.
search by your symptoms or the focus the practitioner would focus on. We have made it so
our backend populates via much of the facilitators information so you can find your perfect match(es) and favourite them so you can book!
How do I reschedule?
Go to the backend of your AGENCY app and click request.
How do I cancel?
Select Cancel Service within 'My bookings' in your Agency app and that's it, you're done. All cancellations must be processed 24hrs prior to your appointment to be cancelled with a full refund.how do I know who to choose to book with?.
